University Profile
The IUBH School of Business and Management aims to create the best possible start for your professional career. The IUBH was the first German university to teach all courses in the English language - and set a new standard for international education offered in Germany. International students have the opportunity to study in English and improve their German during their studies.

Academic Notes
Students must enroll in at least 8 courses per semester  (or the equivalent of at least 24 ECTS / 12 SDSU Units). At IUBH the standard course load is 30ECTS (15 SDSU Units) or between 8-10 courses per semester. Plan on selecting 12-15 course options to provide at time of application to the host university.

German as a foreign language is mandatory for non-German speakers.

Students are strongly recommended to focus on one programs when choosing courses. The more a student chooses from various programs, the more difficult it will be to accommodate course selection preferences.

Language Notes
German as a foreign language is mandatory for non-German speakers.
