Announcement: Critical Language Scholarship Program
Study abroad and learn a new language during the summer!
The Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program is a fully-funded overseas language and cultural immersion program for American undergraduate and graduate students. All CLS programs run 8 to 10 weeks during the summer. Applications are now being accepted for the Summer program! With the goal of broadening the base of Americans studying and mastering critical languages and building relationships between the people of the United States and other countries, CLS provides study opportunities to a diverse range of students from across the United States at every level of language learning.
Beginning: Azerbaijani, Bangla/Bengali, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Punjabi, Turkish, and Urdu
Advanced Beginning: Arabic and Persian
Intermediate: Chinese, Japanese, and Russian
Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program
Application deadline: November 15th, 2017 at 4:59 pm PST
The CLS Program is a program of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
