PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
  • A very student-centric city, Nottingham is brimming with life and offers so much to do that it is nearly impossible to ever be bored.
  • NTU, recognized as among the best universities for teaching and learning in the U.K., offers an expansive choice of programs for study abroad students across several departments including social sciences, business, law, architecture, humanities, and art/design.
  • Recognized as a top university for outstanding student support, you will feel well taken care of on this program.
  • There is truly a society for everyone at NTU – from hula-hooping, to Darts, to Formula 1, you are sure to find the perfect way to meet other students with common interests by joining one of the over 130 campus clubs.

LIFE ABROAD
Nottingham is a hub of arts and culture – visit the Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse, and Nottingham Contemporary to soak up all this world-class city has to offer. And don't forget about the famous past inhabitants: novelist D.H. Lawrence, the poet Lord Byron, and Robin Hood!

VOLUNTEER
There are lots of ways to give back to the community while at NTU. Volunteer opportunities are abundant in places like gardens, charity shops, and classrooms, and it is a fantastic way to get to know locals and make a difference!

What We Love About Nottingham
Nottingham is home to many fabulous annual festivals, including the Festival of the Horse, the Robin Hood Festival (where you can walk through Sherwood Forest while pretending to be a character from an English folklore), the Goose Fair, and the Nottingham Comedy Festival.
