Panelists will share their experiences volunteering, working, and teaching abroad and provide tips for how to pursue international endeavors post-graduation

Screening of the short film Le Retour and discuss challenges of reentry into the U.S./California after amazing study abroad experience

Nonprofits with a Global Mindset

Moderator: Alex DuBois (Terra Education)

Presenters: Anna Santoro (Changing Tides Foundation), Jamilah Shabazz (IMANI), and Charlene Espinoza (Bosh Bosh, Inc.)

Panelists will discuss how they founded/became involved with non-profit organizations and how those organizations have expanded globally in business or in philosophy

International Careers for Businesses and Nonprofits

Panelists will share strategies for returning study abroad students pursuing careers in international business and nonprofit work

Session Title: Storytelling Your Study Abroad Experience

Presenters:  Vishal Amin (Travis Manion Foundation)

This session will help you unpack your study abroad experience and draw out the skills gained and how to highlight and verbalize those skills when applying to jobs and internships

Returnee Panel: How to live globally while residing locally

Presenters:  Isa Amon (UCSD), Justine Poulin (SDSU), Jordan McClanahan (Cal Lutheran)

Study abroad returnees will discuss how studying abroad has influenced their personal, academic and professional trajectories and provide tips for how to sustain a global mindset back at home
